Wij werken uitsluitend op een 'No Win, No Fee'-basis. Dit houdt in dat wij enkel een fee in rekening brengen als we de zaak gewonnen hebben. Lukt het ons niet om compensatie voor u te verkrijgen dan brengen wij niets in rekening. Lukt ons wel om een compensatie voor u te verkrijgen dan brengen wij 22% van de totale compensatie in rekening. Wij hanteren hiermee de laagste fee van Nederland.

How much compensation can I get if my luggage is lost?

  • In the event of missing, delayed or damaged baggage, the airline is generally liable up to a maximum of €1,300, as established by international regulation, the Montreal Convention.

How much compensation can I get if my flight is cancelled?

  • For flight cancellations, you may be entitled to compensation under EU Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. Compensation amounts vary based on the distance of the flight and the duration of the delay upon arrival:

- Up to 1,500 kilometers: €250

- Between 1,500 and 3,500 kilometers: €400

- More than 3,500 kilometers, delay of 3-4 hours on arrival: €300

- More than 3,500 kilometers, delay of more than 4 hours on arrival: €600
